MATERIALS
- Laminated plant labels (see lesson #13)
- Paper plates and forks (one per student)
- Scissors
- Large bowl for collecting lettuce and making salad
- Plastic salad servers
- Salad dressing - vinaigrette made with vegetable oil - Cooking Terms and Techniques

INSTRUCTOR PREP:

Purchase or make Vinaigrette salad dressing - Cooking Terms and Techniques
